Privacy
Your privacy choices
Last updated 12 August 2026. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
There is no account to close, no profile to edit and no tracking to switch off, because none of those exist. What follows is every control you actually have, and where it is.
In the app
Four permissions, all optional, all reversible at any time in iOS Settings under Apps, then See You Soon. Location and the rest also sit under Settings, then Privacy and Security. Turning one off does not break the app. Here is exactly what each one costs:
- Calendar, turned off
- The app has no jobs to read, so there is nothing for it to show you and nowhere to save a job you add. This is the one it cannot work without.
- Contacts, turned off
- No customer list, and no looking a customer up when you book a job. Jobs in your calendar still work.
- Location, turned off
- Journeys are worked out from the starting point you have set and from the job before, instead of from where you actually are. Leave times keep working and get less exact.
- Notifications, turned off
- Nothing is sent to you. The leave time is still on the screen when you open the app.
Deleting what the app holds
Delete the app and everything it kept goes with it. That is your settings and the counters behind the support prompt, which is all it ever wrote to your phone.
Your jobs and your customers stay where they are, in your calendar and your contacts. They were never in the app’s keeping: it read them, used them and forgot them. If you want them gone, they are yours to delete in the Calendar and Contacts apps, and doing that does not need us.
On this website
- The mailing list. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one tap is the whole of it. You can also email us and we will take the address off.
- A support ticket you sent. Ask and we delete it: the ticket in our system and the issue it raised.
- A tester application you made. Ask and we delete it, whether or not the testing has finished.
- Cookies. None to refuse. The site sets none at all, which is why it has never asked you about them.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared
We do not sell your personal information and we never have. We do not share it for advertising, profiling or anybody else’s marketing. There is no advertising in the app or on this site, and no data broker, analytics provider or ad network has ever had any of it. There is no opt out on this page because there is nothing to opt out of.
Asking us for something
Email [email protected] and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Send it from the address you gave us, or tell us which address to look for, because that is the only way we can find you. There is no account to look you up by. We answer within one month, which is what UK GDPR allows us.
If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
