Terms of use

The app

See You Soon is provided free of charge, as it is, for use on your own device. Every feature is included and nothing is withheld from anybody. Your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which is the agreement you accept when you download anything from the App Store.

Supporting the app

Payments are made to Apple, not to us. Apple is the merchant of record, handles the charge and the tax, and processes any refund. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Supporting the app unlocks nothing, because nothing is locked. See the FAQ.

What the app is not

It estimates travel times from Apple’s directions service and tells you when to leave. Those estimates are estimates. Road conditions, your vehicle, your route and your day are yours to judge, and the app is a tool for that judgement rather than a substitute for it. Do not operate the app while driving.

Your data

The app has no server and no account, so there is nothing held about you anywhere. The full position is on the privacy page, and it is a description of how the app is built rather than a promise about how it is operated.

This website

The forms on this site send what you type in them and nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Content published here is ours; you are welcome to quote it with a link.
